Mobile Information and SMS
When you provide a mobile number and consent to SMS safety alerts, Next to Kin Labs Inc. collects and uses that number solely to send you transactional notifications about your KinTag — specifically, to let you know when your tag has been tapped.
We do not share or sell your mobile information.
No mobile information will be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use a third-party messaging provider (ClickSend / Sinch) only to deliver these messages on our behalf. They process your number to send the text and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
